送风机脱流原因分析和防范措施
Analysis and Preventive Measure for Stalling of Forced-draft Fan
【摘要】 通过分析轴流风机脱流的机理和不同性能风机并联的特性,指出扬州第二发电有限责任公司(简称扬二厂)送风机发生脱流的原因是暖风器严重积灰导致差压过大和2台送风机性能出力不平衡,并据此提出了一些风机脱流时的运行处理方法和避免送风机脱流的防范措施。
【Abstract】 The principle of axial flow fan’s stalling and the characteristics of parallel operation of fans with different performances are analyzed.The factors leading to forced-draft fan’s stalling in Yangzhou No.2 Power Generation Co.,Ltd.are the overlarge differential pressure of steam coils and the imbalance of the two parallel fans’ contribution,accordingly the treatments when stalling occurs and the preventive measures are given in the paper.
