铸轧AZ31镁合金热模拟的微观组织研究
Study on microstructure of roll-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy by thermal simulation
【摘要】 用Geeble1500热模拟实验机模拟不同始轧温度、冷却强度以及变形量和应变速率下AZ31合金的铸轧行为。结果显示:AZ31镁合金铸轧组织对应变速率和变形量均具有较强的敏感性。当.ε由0.005s-1增到0.1s-1时,铸轧组织的晶粒逐渐变小,同时晶界析出物减少。变形量ε由20%增加到50%时,晶粒组织细化明显。试验得出了AZ31镁合金连续铸轧工艺的边界工艺条件,在此条件下,获得铸轧板的力学性能如下:70 HV0.5,σb为210-240 MPa,σ0.2为180-200MPa,δ为3%-6%。
【Abstract】 The behavior of continuous roll-casting of AZ31 alloy under different roll-casting temperature,intensity of cooling,strains(ε) and strain rates() was investigated by means of thermal simulation on a Gleeble 1500 simulator.The results show that the microstructure of continuously roll-cast AZ31 alloy is sensitive to both strain and strain rate.The grain size of roll-cast AZ31 alloy decreases for in the range of 0.005s-1 to 0.1s-1 and the precipitation along with boundary decreases with increasing of.The grain size of the alloy decreases with increasing of ε in the range of 20% to 50%.The processing condition for continuous roll-casting of the AZ31 alloy is obtained and the HV0.5,σb,σ0.2,and δ of the sheet of the continuously roll-cast AZ31 alloy are 70HV0.5,210-240MPa,180-200MPa and 3%-6%,respectively.
