【摘要】 目的:探讨双侧人工全膝关节同时置换治疗严重双侧膝关节病的手术操作技巧。方法:采用双侧人工全膝关节置换术治疗严重双膝关节病患者47例94膝,其中类风湿性关节炎28例,骨性关节炎16例,强直性脊柱炎3例。结果:所有病例随访2～24个月,平均10个月。手术前膝关节KSS评分平均38分,出院前膝关节KSS评分平均78分,随访平均评分88分。感染病例为零。结论:应用双侧人工全膝关节同时置换治疗功能严重受损的双侧膝关节效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss surgical technics about the coinstantaneous bilateral total knee replacement in the treatment of severe bilateral gonarthrosis.Methods :94 knee joints of 47 patients with severe bilateral gonarthrosis,which consisted of 28 cases of rheumatoid arthritis,16 osteoarthritis and 3 ankylosing spondylitis,adopted procedures of the coinstantaneous bilateral total knee replacement.Results:All patients were followed up for 2 to 24 months,average of 10 months.The preoperative mean score of knee joint was 38;however,the score before discharge was 78.The score at returing visit was 88.No case in our study suffered from infection.Conclusion:To treat severe bilateral gonarthrosis by adopting operations of coinstantaneous bilateral total knee replacement have significant good results.更多还原
