硬壳蛤人工育苗技术总结

【摘要】 对美国硬壳蛤亲贝进行了人工育苗试验。通过对育苗期各阶段的观察测定,对温度、饵料、水质、盐度等方面进行了研究。2004年6月21日共获得稚贝总量15．03亿粒。

【Abstract】 Experiment on the artificial seed-rearing of Mercenaria mercenaria was carrying out in June,2004. The features of every developmental stage was observed and the water temperature,feed,substrate and salinity was studied.The yield of larvae was 1.503 billion.
