【Abstract】 Three problems are found while analyzing the actuality in system building of Jiangxi’s public finance including finance offside and absence,the low legal level of public finance construction and the existence of various obstacles.Four solutions to quickening the system building of Jiangxi’s public finance are put forward,namely,expediting the changing of government’s function,building a service public finance,perfecting the government’s income and expenses system,and building the public finance equally and reciprocally.更多还原
