贮能式半自动CO2气体保护焊弧焊系统的研究
Research of the Storaging-energy Type CO2 Semiautomatic Welding System
【摘要】 采用干荷铅蓄电池作为焊接电源,构建了贮能式半自动CO2电弧焊系统,分析了铅蓄电池作为平特性电源配合等速送丝机构焊接电弧变化时的自动调节过程;利用PWM控制器构成的调速系统对等速送丝过程及焊接规范进行调节;为获得良好的动特性,达到短路过渡对焊接电源的要求,加入了直流电抗器,从而使焊机具有良好的动特性,获得优良的焊接工艺性能.
【Abstract】 The energy-storage type CO2 semiautomatic welding system is set up by adopting lead-acid battery as welding power supply.The self-regulation process of welding arc is analyzed when lead-acid battery is used as level characteristics power supply in cooperation with uniform wire-feed.Constant-speed wire-feeding process and welding specification are regulated by speed regulation system composed of PWM controller.The direct current reactor is used in order to obtain favorable dynamic property and attain the request of short-circuiting transfer to welding power supply,which makes the welding machine obtain excellent welding performance.
