【摘要】 目的:探讨行人工全膝关节置换术的术前、术后护理。方法:总结10例人工全膝关节置换术的护理经验。从病因出发,采取针对性的预防护理措施,恰如其分地解决病人的问题,解决病人对手术的恐惧心理,因人而异制定护理计划,观察、了解、分析病人的心理活动,因势利导,因人施护,密切观察病情,采取有效的护理措施,抬高患肢,减少局部压迫,早期积极活动,指导并协助患者进行早期功能锻炼。在护理过程中注意观察患者肢体血液循环情况,如有异常及时发现,及时处理。结果:10例病人随访4~42个月,膝关节活动功能优6例、良3例、差1例。结论:术前准备、术后护理、正确有效的功能锻炼是提高手术疗效的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss nursing care of total artificial knee arthroplasty before and after operation. Method To summarize the nursing experience of 10 cases undergoing total artificial knee arthroplasty. According to the etiological factor, prophylactic nursing measures were adopted to solve the problems of the cases appropriately and relieved the patients’ fear to operation. The nursing plan was made according to the specific condition of each case. The patients’ psychological states were observed and analyzed carefully. The effective nursing care methods included raising the ill limb, lightening the local compression, guiding and helping the patients to actively move early. The blood circulation of the vital limb should be observed carefully. If the abnormal blood circulation was observed, we should treat it in time. Results 10 cases were followed up for 4～42 months and movement function of the knees were evaluate as excellent (6 cases), good (3 cases) and bad (1 cases). Conclusion Preparation before operation, nursing care after operation, and correct, effective function exercises are important measures to improve the curative effect of operation.更多还原
