香蕉枯萎病菌产毒条件的研究

【摘要】 从得病的香蕉茎组织中分离出病原真菌,经鉴定为古巴尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense)的4号小种。病菌在供试的液体培养基中可以产生对香蕉有毒性作用的毒素。不同培养液的产毒能力有明显的差异,6种培养液中以Richard培养液产毒能力最强。香蕉枯萎病菌产毒能力以温度为20℃,pH 7~9,振荡培养(140次/min)条件下培养10~15 d生物活性最强。高温高压灭菌30 min的培养滤液,其毒素作用显著增强。

【Abstract】 Pathogen was isolated from stem of banana and was identified to be Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense.It was number four physiologic race.The pathogen could produce the phytotoxin to banana in fluid media and was distinct in ability to produce phytotoxin.The results showed that the Richard medium had the strongest phytotoxin in 6 media.The toxin amount from Richard medium was the highest 10 th to 15 th day′s,140 r/min vibration,and pH 7-9.The results also showed that effect of phytotoxin increased under the conditions of high temperature and pressure.
