【摘要】 目的探讨老年期躁狂症的临床特征。方法收集1985～2005年在我院住院的60岁及其以上首次发病的躁狂症和精神分裂症出院病例。按CCMD—和DSM—标准进行再诊断,符合躁狂症的共36例。结果典型“三高”症状并不十分明显。多数患者发病有明显的精神因素。发病季节不同于一般躁狂症。其病前性格、临床症状的组合、治疗以及症状的消退均不同于一般躁狂症。结论老年期躁狂症有其自身的特点,临床上应予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of senile mania.Methods We collected the patients of hospitalization in my hospital of 60 and over 60 years old and it was taken first time of mania and schizophrenia and had leaved the hospital from 1985 to 2005.All the patients were diagnosed again according to CCMD-Ⅲ and DSM-Ⅳ,matched the criteria of mania total 36.Results The results showed that typical "three high" symptoms were not very obvious.Most of them had abvious psychological factors.The seasons of these diseases attacked different from the general mania.The personality,combination of the clinical symptoms,treatments and the symptoms disappeared of the senile mania were all different from the general mania.Conclusion We should pay attention to senile mania,they have its own’s features.更多还原
