冻胶泡沫在火烧山裂缝性油藏油井堵水中的应用

【摘要】 冻胶泡沫是由水、气、起泡剂(表面活性剂)、稳泡剂(聚合物)和交联剂组成。它是以冻胶为外相的泡沫,比以水为外相的普通泡沫稳定性好,因此冻胶泡沫堵水可延长堵水有效期。通过Ross发泡仪测定泡沫的起泡和稳泡性能,结果证实冻胶泡沫最好的起泡剂为YG240,用量为0.3%;稳泡剂为HPAM,用量为0.2%~0.4%;交联剂为0.09%重铬酸钠+0.16%亚硫酸钠;气体为氮气。在对冻胶泡沫成冻时间、堵水率等性能室内评价的基础上,在火烧山裂缝性油藏H1304井进行了堵水试验,堵水合理工艺包括高效洗油剂清洗大裂缝、注冻胶起泡液、注过顶替液、注氮气、注水、关井侯凝等环节。该井现场试验取得了很好的堵水效果,含水率下降20%~50%,月增油91~273t。

【Abstract】 The gelled foam comprises of water, gas foaming agent (surfactant), stable foam agent (polymer ) and cross-linking agent. This system, of which outer phase is gel, has a rather good stability than conventional foam which has a water as outer phase. Therefore, the gelled foam system prolongs the effective period of water shutoff. By using the Ross Foamer Instrument to determine its foaming and stability characters, it is verified that the best foaming agent is YG240 with usage of 0.3%; the stable foam agent is HPAM with usage of 0.2%~0.4%; the cross-linking agent is with 0.09% sodium bichromate and 0.16% sodium sulfite and nitrogen. Based on bench-scale evaluations of characters on gelling time and water shutoff efficiency, the pilot test is performed on H1340 production well in Huoshaoshan fractured reservoir. The rational techniques include washing the larger fissures using highly efficient oil-displacement agent, injecting gelled foaming agent, over-displacement fluids, nitrogen, water and shutting in for hardening etc. field test shows that good plug efficiency is gained in the well with water cut decrease of 20%~50% and monthly oil production increase of 91~273 tons.
