【Abstract】 We calculate 2D tri-lattices photonie crystals which divide dielectric pillars in air and air holes in dielectric using plane wave expanding methods in this paper respectively.We study the relations and rules of filling ratio,dielectric constant and width of band gap,central frequency.The results will be useful for designing and fabricating 2D photonic crystals.更多还原
