基于医用显微镜的光学相干层析系统设计
Surgery-microscope-based optical coherence tomography
【摘要】 设计了以医用显微镜为探头的光学相干层析(OCT)系统,实验结果表明系统纵向分辨率为18μm,横向分辨率小于20μm。通过三维图象重构,获得了霉菌感染裸鼠皮肤结痂部分的三维组织结构,在皮肤科研究具有重要应用价值。
【Abstract】 A surgery-microscope-based optical coherence tomography system is designed.The experimental results demonstrate this system can achieve an axial resolution of 18μm and lateral resolution of less than 20μm.Through reconstructing the three-dimensional image,we have obtained the three-dimensional structures of tissues of skin,which is very valuable for researching skin.
