我国金融机构综合经营模式的选择及发展对策

【摘要】 文章通过对国际金融机构综合经营模式的研究,分析了金融控股公司在我国的适用性,并分析了我国目前金融机构综合经营采用金融控股公司的三种模式,提出发展金融控股公司的对策。

【Abstract】 The article analyzed applicability of financial holding corporations in our country,as well as three types of modes of financial holding corporations in integrated operation utilized by present financial institution,and put forward countermeasures to develop financial holding corporations,based on integrated operation mode research of international financial institutions.
