【摘要】 目的探讨在产前进行呼吸控制训练对分娩的影响。方法对孕35~36周初产妇190例随机分为实验组(100例)和对照组(90例),对实验组孕妇进行以吐气为中心的呼吸控制练习;比较两组分娩时呼吸运用依从率、顺产率、产程中疼痛分值、产程时间、产后2 h出血量、早产及胎膜早破等分娩并发症的差异。结果依从率、顺产率、羊水Ⅱ~Ⅲ度污染率及产程时间、产程中疼痛分值、产后2 h内出血量等比较,两组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组早产、胎膜早破及新生儿窒息率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论分娩前进行呼吸控制训练能提高产妇呼吸运用依从性及顺产率,缩短产程,减轻分娩疼痛,减少产后2 h出血量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of pre-delivery respiratory control training on delivery.Methods Total 190 primipara at 35-36 weeks gestation were randomly divided into experimental group(n=100) and control group(n=90);those in the experimental group received expiratory-centered respiratory control training during 35 to 36 weeks gestation.The compliance rate of respiratory control,uneventful delivery rate,pain score,course of labor,postpartum 2 h-hemorrhage and premature birth rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results There were significant differences in the compliance rate of respiratory control,uneventful delivery rate,amniotic fluid contamination(Ⅱ-Ⅲ),the course of labor,pain score and postpartum hemorrhage between the 2 groups(P<0.05);the premature birth rate,premature rupture of fetal membrane and neonatal asphyxia were similar between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prenatal respiratory control training can improve the compliance of respiratory control,shorten the course of labor,and reduce labor pain and postpartum hemorrhage.更多还原
