五杆五环并联机床运动学和动力学研究
Kinematics and Dynamics Study of 5-DOF-5-Swivel-Joint Parallel Machine Tool
【摘要】 结合五杆五环并联机床的三维设计,介绍了该机床设计中的总体结构布局以及如何应用装配关系和约束条件在机床中实现五自由度。根据运动学和动力学的相关理论和并联机床具有随位形变化而变化的动态特性,在已知加工表面参数的条件下,运用软件ADAMS作出了机床的动态仿真,用该机床的运动学逆解模型对5根杆长进行控制,从而获取了机床刀尖的速度和加速度的动态变化,以及刀尖在受到模拟切削力的作用下,各驱动杆中驱动力的动态变化。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the 3D design and the construction feature of the 5-DOF-5- swivel-joint parallel machine tool,the models of which are assembled with constraint condition and assembling relation to realize five degrees of freedom.With the data derived from the piece of work,the software named ADAMS simulate the movement of the parallel machine tool according to the theory of kinematics,dynamics,and the dynamic characteristics which changes with the position and pose of the parallel machine tool.With the formula of the five DOFs’changing lengths input,the dynamic velocity and acceleration of the tool tip are then produced.And when the force acts on the tool tip,the dynamic force of the other rods can be available in the same way.
