汽车制动真空助力器在线测试系统

【摘要】 简述汽车制动真空助力器测试原理及性能要求,从硬件和软件设计两方面介绍汽车制动真空助力器在线测试系统的研制。重点对测量数据的曲线拟合、测量模块的USB接口以及基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器设计进行了阐述。

【Abstract】 The testing principle and property need of automobile brake vacuum booster were described,the development of automobile brake vacuum booster online testing system was introduced in hardware design and software design.The testing data curvefitting,the measuring module USB interface and the design of LabVIEW-based virtual instrument were discussed.
