【摘要】 目的对2006年1～8月份丹东市丙型肝炎(丙肝)疫情情况进行分析,掌握有关传播信息因素。方法收集整理2006年1～8月份传染病疫情简报及网络疫情报告数据进行统计分析。结果2006年1～8月份共报告丙肝病例203例,发病率为8.40/10万,与2005年同期相比发病数上升了42.96%。病例主要集中在东港市。丙肝发病季节性不明显。发病年龄高峰集中在40岁以上人群。男女性别比为1.6∶1。农民为主要发病群体,占发病总数的26.60%。结论今后应加强丙肝疫情报告管理和对县级临床医生培训力度;加强对血液制品的监督管理;有效控制医源性感染;开展健康宣传教育;加快丙肝疫苗的研制与使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was conducted to analyze the epidemic situation of hepatitis C inthe city of Dandong from January to August of 2006 for providing a scientific basis for the formulationof effective preventive and therapeutic measures. Methods The data on the epidemic situation of hepatitis C from Jan. to Aug. of 2006 collected from the brief reports and the internet- based reports onthe epidemic were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 203 cases of hepatitis C were reported inthe period with an incidence rate of 8.40 per lakh, the number of cases increasing by 42.96% when compared with that in same period in 2005. Most of the cases concentrated in Donggang County. Noobvious seasonal occurrence of the epidemic was seen. Peak incidence of the disease was seen among people aged over 40 years with a ratio of male to female of 1.6∶1. It was shown that peasants were predominantly affected, accounting for 27% . Conclusion The management of epidemic situation reporting of hepatitis C should be strengthened with intensified training of clinicians working inhospitals at the county level, reinforced surveillance and supervision of blood products, effective control of iatrogenic infections, active health education and accelerated development and application of hepatitis C vaccine.更多还原
