【Abstract】 This article basically analyzes the characteristics of staffs in universities and their tendency to claim rights.This article also discusses for the trade unions of universities how to coordinate the rights for people and how to protect the functions.Besides,this article also suggests that the trade unions of universities should have further investigations,take the initiative to coordinate and find the key points of contradictories.Furthermore,this article also proposes that the trade unions of universities should strengthen conducting,settle the contradictories of different parties and actively suggest the working ways to solve the problems.更多还原
