包钢特殊矿冶炼高炉渣脱硫的热力学和动力学

【摘要】 通过对包钢特殊高炉渣脱硫热力学与动力学的实验研究,揭示了炉渣成分对硫分配比的影响规律,确定了脱硫反应的动力学参数。当渣中w(CaF2)低于2.2%时,对硫分配比的影响很小。保持炉渣碱度在1.10左右、将渣中w(MgO)由8%左右提高到11%~12%是提高炉渣脱硫能力、解决炉渣脱硫与排碱之间矛盾的有效措施。在本实验条件下,脱硫速率与时间之间有较好的线性关系,渣中硫的表观传质系数为1.0 9×1 0-3cm/min(1 400℃)、1.23×10-3cm/min(1 450℃)和1.45×10-3cm/min(1 500℃),扩散活化能为68.2 kJ/mol。

【Abstract】 Through experimental study on desulphurization thermodynamics and kinetics of special BF slag at BISCO,the variation of slag composition with the sulphur distribution ratio was revealed and dynamics parameters of desulphurizing reaction were determined.When CaF2 content in slag was lower than 2.2%,influence of CaF2 content on the sulphur distribution ratio was very small.Maintaining about 1.10 basicity of slag and increasing MgO content in slag from about 8% to 11%-12% were effective measures of improving desulphurizing ability of slag and resolving contradiction between desulphurizing and alkali removing.Under this experimental condition,the linear relation between desulphurization rate and time was good.Apparent mass-transfer coefficient of sulphur in slag were 1.09×10-3 cm/min(1 400 ℃),1.23×10-3 cm/min(1 450 ℃) and 1.45×10-3 cm/min(1 500 ℃), and the activation energy of diffusion was 68.2 kJ/mol.
