用修正的θ函数预测单晶镍基高温合金的蠕变寿命
Long-Term Creep Curve of Single Crystal Nickel-Based Superalloy Predicted by Modified θ Projection Concept
【摘要】 采用修正的θ函数影射概念对单晶镍基高温合金的蠕变曲线进行了拟合和预测。根据一系列的实验数据建立了蠕变方程中有关参数的数学表达式,据此对1 040℃、137 MPa下的蠕变寿命进行了预测,预测精度达96%,远高于用早期的θ函数影射概念预测结果。该方法仅需确定3个参数,简化了计算,同时,线性参数表达式确保了预测精度。
【Abstract】 The creep curve of the single crystal nickel-based superalloy was fitted and predicted by modified θ projection concept.According to the fitted curve under different condition,the models of temperature and stress dependence of the three material constants were built.Creep curve at 1 040 ℃,137 MPa was predicted.The prediction accuracy was further improved,and reached 96 percent of the rupture life.Which is higher than the prediction accuracy on the basis of the original θ projection concept.Only three parameters would be evaluated.Because of this,the determination of the parameters was simplified.Effect of the temperature and stress on the parameters was described as a linear relationship which guarantees the prediction accuracy.
