【Abstract】 The construction of economical universities is one of the vital parts of the construction of an economical society. This paper analyzes the main difficulties in constructing an economical university and puts forward some measures, such as developing economical culture on the campus, making scientific decisions and plans, optimizing the distribution of resources, strengthening the resource management and enhancing the technological innovation, to construct the economical university.更多还原
