【摘要】 目的探讨高血压危象患者B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平及其临床价值。方法急诊室确诊高血压危象患者46例为实验组,以同期住院50例高血压患者为对照组,比较两组血BNP水平和其超声心动图检查指标。结果实验组的BNP水平比对照组要高,分别为(184±39.2)pg/ml,(35±5.5)pg/ml,P<0.05,实验组的心脏超声显示左房增大比对照组明显,分别为(39±1.9)mm,(30±1.7)mm,P<0.05,两组统计学有显著性差异。BNP水平与左房内径呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.05),而其与左室射血分数呈负相关(r=-0.784,P<0.05),随访6个月,实验组发生心血管事件有16例,其BNP水平较其他患者显著升高,P<0.05。结论高血压危象患者BNP浓度比普通高血压患者显著升高的,其水平越高,提示预后越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the severity and prognosis of patients with hypertensive crisis by observing the plasma level of B-type natriuretic peptide.Methods BNP levels and echocardiography were detected between the study group 46 patients with hypertensive crisis and 50 patients with hypertention as control group.Results There were significant differences between study group and control group with BNP levels [(184 ±39.2)pg/ml,(35±5.5)pg/ml, P<0. 05].The left atrium of study group were significantly larger than those of control group [(39±1.9)mm,(30±1.7)mm, P<0. 05].There were positive correlation between BNP and left atrium (r=0.612,P<0.05).But there were nagetive correlation (r=-0.784,P<0.05)between BNP and LVEF.As following-up 6 months there were 16 patients with new cardic vascular accidents in the study groups, significantly higher than the others with no accidents(P<0.05).Conclusion The BNP levels are higher in the patients with hypertensive crisis than those with hypertension,and its levels predicts prognosis.更多还原
