【摘要】 目的探讨眼针对动眼神经全麻痹患者的临床疗效和美容效果。方法将46例经药物治疗无效的动眼神经全麻痹患者,采用眼针治疗。观测记录治疗前后眼裂、眼球运动范围和复视角度变化,进行统计学分析。结果总有效率93.48%,治愈率60.87%,治疗前后差异显著(P<0.01)。结论眼针对动眼神经全麻痹患者的临床治疗效果显著,同时显著改善患者容貌,对眼肌麻痹患者的康复有着很好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of eye-acupuncture on oculomotor paralysis and its cosmetic result.Methods A total of 46 patients with oculomotor paralysis were included in this analysis.With the method of acupuncture inside eye socket,we observed and recorded the sizes of palpebral fissure,the range of eye movement and the angel changes of diplopia before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rates in treatment group were 93.46%,recovery rates were 60.87%.There was a statistically significant difference between the effeetive rates and recovery rates before and after eye-acupuncture treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Eye-acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on oculomotor paralysisf,it is beneficial to the appearance of the patients and help to recover their self-confidence.更多还原
