【Abstract】 With several distinctive characteristics such as a small size and simple synthesis,the small-molecule fluorescent probe is of increasing importance in the protein imaging technology.This field is a cross-discipline,combining biochemistry,organic synthesis and analytical chemistry,a significant direction in the development of current chemistry with a bright prospect.Recently,a shortage of proper methodologies for targeting small-molecule fluorescent probes with very high specificity to proteins of interest(POI) has been the principal bottleneck.The present review has included the recent progress in this field,especially focused on its application in vivo.更多还原
