缩氨基硫脲分子钳的干法合成研究
Studies on the solvent-free synthesis of thiosemicarbazone based molecular tweezers
【摘要】 以间(对)苯二甲醛、取代氨基硫脲为原料,在室温下,用无溶剂干法研磨的方法合成了一系列钳形缩氨基硫脲受体。该反应在微波辐射条件下只需要5-10 min就可高产率的得到目标化合物,而在室温条件下研磨反应3-5 h也可高产率的得到目标产物,表明无溶剂干法合成是制备此类化合物方便、高产、绿色环保的好方法。
【Abstract】 A series of thiosemicarbazone compounds based on molecular tweezers were synthesized under solvent free conditions at high yields by using meta-or para-phthaldehyde and substituted aminothiocarbamide as the starting materials.The reaction only needs 5~10 min under microwave irradiation conditions,while it will need 3~5 h to carry out the synthesis at room temperature.Hence it is clear that the solvent-free method is a convenient and environmentally benign procedure for synthesis of this kind of fine chemicals at high yield.
