【摘要】 目的:探讨豨莶通络液离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效和对生活质量的影响。方法:采用豨莶通络液离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变作为治疗组,并与用弥可保注射液治疗本病的对照组进行效果分析对比。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.08%,对照组为82.35%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且治疗组在治疗后症状总积分、神经电生理检查及血液流变学指标方面均优于对照组。结论:豨莶通络液离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of iontoporesis with Xinxiantongluo liquid in treatment of Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and its influences on life quality.Method: Iontoporesis of Xinxiantongluo liquid was adopted to treat DPN as treatment group,methycobal injection was used to treat that as control group,after that,comparing the therapeutic effects of two groups.Result: The total effective rates were 92.08% in treatment group and 82.35% in control group,comparing the effects of two groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01),the effects of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion: There are good effects on the Treatment of DPN with Iontoporesis of Xinxiantongluo liquid.更多还原
