【摘要】 目的:采用GC法测定云威灵软胶囊中百里香酚、异丁酸百里香酯的含量。方法:色谱柱:100%DIMETHYL POLYSILOX ANE石英毛细管柱,30 mm×0.25 mm(SGE公司),柱温:160℃,汽化温度:220℃,检测器温度:200℃。载气为氮气,柱前压:6磅/英寸2,分流比为50:1,检测器:FID。结果:结果表明百里香酚在0.6~3.8μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,异丁酸百里香酯在0.8~4.5μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率:百里香酚为:99.07%,异丁酸百里香酯为:99.42%。结论:该方法简单迅速,结果准确,精密度好,可用于云威灵软胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The gas chromatography(GC) method was used to determine the content of thymol and isobutyric acid thyme in Yunwei Capsule.Mehtod: The chromatography column was 100%DIMETHYL POLYSILOX ANE quartz capillary column with column temperature 160 ℃,vaporization temperature 220 ℃ and detector temperature 200 ℃.The carrier gas was nitrogen,precolumn press was 6 pound/inch2,split ratio was 501,detector: FID.Result: The result indicated that thymol had a good linear relationship at the range of 0.6～3.8 μg,So do isobutyric acid thyme at the range of 0.8～4.5μg,the spotting recovery was 99.07% in thymol,99.42% in isobutyric acid thyme.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate with good precision,can be used to control Yunweiling capsule.更多还原
