【摘要】 目的:了解河南省区县高中生的行为生活方式及心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90心理测试量表及自拟的调查问卷(包括个人基本情况,饮食情况、睡眠质量,网络影响,不良行为(吸烟,饮酒,吸毒),恋爱及性心理情况等),通过随机抽样的方法从河南省东西南北中部各随机选择2所区县高中,从每所高中随机整群抽取3个班,对2021名区县高中生进行了调查。结果:共收回有效问卷1868份,其中男性1027人,女性841人。行为调查结果显示有0.4%尝试过毒品;心理调查结果显示区县高中生的主要心理问题为强迫、抑郁、躯体化、偏执;恋爱及性心理调查结果显示男生错误评价性自慰的发生率低于女生,而性自慰发生率高于女生。结论:河南省区县高中学生心理及行为问题较为严重,需要全社会的关注和有效的干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To explore behavior and mental problems and influencing factors of high school students in counties of Henan province. Methods:The cluster sampling was used. A total of 2 021 students from county high schools of Henan province were subjected in this study. The SCL-90 and the designed questionnaires were used to investigated the mental status and general condition,diet,sleeping quality,influence of the internet, negative behavior, court,and sexual psychological status of the students.Results: A total of 1 868 questionnaires were collected finally(1 027 from male students, 841 from female students).It showed that 0.4% had tried heroine. The main mental problems were obsession,depression, somatization, and paranoid; the rate of fasely evaluating self-abuse in male students was lower than that of female students, though the male students had a higher rate of self-abuse. Conclusion: Mental and behavior problems in county high school students were severe and should be interfered with in time.更多还原
