【Abstract】 The authors of this article make an analysis of the current disposition of scientific and technological human resources,point out its drawbacks of low density of scientists and technicians,of unbalance between whole scale and the requirement of development;of serious shortage of high-level scientists and technicians;of lack of creativity;of shortage of talented personnel and unbalanced disposition of scientists and technicians in the province.Based on this investigation,they put forward relative suggestions and countermeasures.更多还原
