【Abstract】 Building new socialist countryside is a significant measure to implement the scientific development philosophy,attain the well-rounded country of moderate prosperity,and build a harmonious society.Also,it is the key step to solve the problems of agriculture,countrysides and peasants.Building new socialist countryside in less developed area has a general character and its own particularity.Taking into account the actual situation in Changde,rational thoughts to several problems were made in this paper in order to provide the reference for building new socialist countryside in less developed area.更多还原
