【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜应用于腹膜炎病人的诊断及治疗。方法总结分析28例腹膜炎的病因及手术方法。结果痊愈22例,中转开腹5例,死亡1例。随访1~24个月,愈后良好。结论腹腔镜用腹膜炎诊断准确,恢复快,创伤小,愈后良好,并发症少,值得临床广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of peritonitis with laparoscope.Methods The etiology and clinical materials of 28 cases patient were analyzed and summarized.Results There were 22 cases healed,5 cases open surgery and 1 case diad after 1～24 months follow-up.Conclusion This method might be easy,rapid in diagnosis and has less injury and complication during treatment.It should be widely use in clinic.更多还原
