【摘要】 目的探讨射频消融对室上性心动过速的根治效果。方法选择47例经临床诊断的室上性心动过速患者,将Z-S-Z型10极冠窦电极于左侧锁骨下静脉窦内,将3根6F的4极标测电极从股静脉分别置于高位右房、心尖部和希氏束,记录体表ECG,然后经电生理刺激仪分别作右房、右室的S1S1递增起搏或S1S2、S1S2S3程控刺激。结果42例Q室上速转象,心率均<100次/min。另5例仍>100次/min。根治率为89.3%。结论射频消融对室上速的根治效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the radical effect on treatment of supraventricular tachycardia with radio frequency ablation.Methods 47 cases of such patient were performed radio frequency ablation with 10 electrodes(Z-S-Z) in venous sinus of subclavicle.The 3 electrodes were placed in heart and ECG was recorded.The electric stimuli was taken for RA and RV with S1S1,S1S2 and S1S2S3.Results Q SVT of 42 cases was phase inversion with HR less 100/min.The radical cure rate was 89.3%.Conclusion This method might be effective and accuracy for SVT.更多还原
