膨胀混凝土在渠道衬砌设计中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对渠道衬砌裂缝问题,应用三元二次正交旋转组合设计安排试验的基础上对膨胀混凝土的配合比进行研究。研究结果表明:在膨胀剂掺量为10%,粉煤灰掺量为40%及水灰比为0.4时,能达到最好的膨胀效果及满足渠道设计的强度要求。

【Abstract】 This research primarily focus on the crack of canal lining.Making use of the second-degree polynomial regression analysis and orthogonal rotation design to arrange the experiment and analyze the mix proportion of expansive concrete.The results indicated that,an addition of 10% expansive agent,40% fly-ash and water cement ratio is 0.4,could satisfy the canal strength and the durable requirement.
