【摘要】 分析了国内外亚麻生产与科研状况,阐述了我国亚麻种植业滞后的原因,以及建立黑龙江省亚麻高科技示范园区的意义、设想和规划。

【Abstract】 Discussed the production and scientific research of flax home and abroad and the reason of why flax planting is back.Elaborated the meaning,programme and imagine that the high scientific and technological demonstrative garden plot is established in Heilongjiang.
