【摘要】 目的:研究患失眠症在校本科生的心理健康状况及人格特征。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克成人个性问卷(EPQ)、卡特尔十六人格因素量表(16PF)分别对54名患失眠症在校本科生和55名健康在校本科生作对照研究。结果:SCL-90中总均分及阳性项目数、躯体化等因子分研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);EPQ及16PF显示研究组在情绪稳定性、低敢为H、高敏感I、高怀疑L、高幻想M、高忧虑O存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:患失眠症的在校本科生存在一定的心理问题,其个性心理特征也较为一致,失眠的发生与个体素质呈现相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the mental health status of medical students with insomnia and to explor the characteristics of their personality.Methods:Fifty-four medical students on insomnia and fifty-five normal students were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and revised Cattell 16 kinds of personality factor scale(16PF).Results:Although life stressors between students suffering from insomnia and the(norrnal studeuts)were alike,the former felt more stress in learning than the latter.The total mean score,certain factor scores(such as somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and psychoticism)of SCL-90,and three factor scores(such as self-accusation,fantasy and wince)of CSQ were higher in insomnia patients than in the(norrnal students).There was significant difference in the stability of emotion between insomnia patients and the control.Conclusions:The level of mental health in insomnia patients who had more instable characteristics of emotion and lower tolerance for life events as stressors was lower than that of non-insomnia medical students.更多还原
