焊接二次热循环峰值温度对X80级管线钢组织性能的影响
Influences of Twice Thermal Cycle on the Structure and Properties of X80 Pipeline Steel
【摘要】 采用模拟焊接热循环的方法,研究了二次热循环对X80级管线钢焊接热影响区组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在双面焊和多道焊中,当焊接二次热循环峰值温度处于α+γ两相区时,所试验的X80钢表现为局部脆化。此时形成的M-A组元含量、尺寸、硬度的变化是引起局部脆化的主要组织因素。
【Abstract】 Welding thermal simulation technique is adopted to study the influences of twice thermal cycle on the structure and properties of X80 pipeline steel.It is showed that in double-face welding and multi-pass welding,local brittle zone can be found in the HAZ of X80 pipeline when the reheating peak temperature is in(α+γ) two phase range.The content and dimension of the M-A constituents and the change of the hardness are the major reasons for the embrittlement of HAZ.
