内外涂层防腐工艺对高钢级管线钢管力学性能的影响

【摘要】 简单分析了钢管由于内外涂层防腐工艺处理产生应变时效(strain aging)的原因,介绍了目前国内外对应变时效研究的进展情况。通过对X70、X80钢级直缝埋弧焊管分别取试样,在不同的试验条件下进行了拉伸试验和夏比冲击试验,试验结果表明①焊管抗拉强度和伸长率无明显变化;②焊管夏比冲击功和剪切面积变化不明显;③管体屈服强度和屈强比有明显变化,其主要影响因素是防腐前的中频加热温度。

【Abstract】 The article simple analyzes strain aging causes occurred in pipe due to internal and external coating procedure,and introduces updated research development over the world on strain aging.Samples from X70、X80 steel longitudinal pipes is conducted for tensile test and Charp impact test under different test conditions,and the test results shows ①There is no clearly changed on elongation ratio and tensile strength of pipe;②There is no clearly changed on Charpy absorption energy and shear area of pipe;③There is clearly changed on yield strength and ratio of yield and tensile strength and the main affecting elements is middle frequency heating temperature before coating.
