【摘要】 针对OPC技术在过程控制中的应用,遵循OPC规范,开发一套OPC服务器接口软件。该软件将现场设备数据组织成OPC标准数据,提供给其它支持OPC接口的设备,成功地解决了不同制造商设备之间难以集成通信的问题。同时,将该OPC服务器接口软件应用于DCS中,实现了上层组态软件与现场控制设备之间的数据交换,提高了全厂分布控制系统的兼容性和互操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the OPC technology’s application of process control,OPC standard is used to develop a set of OPC server interface software.This software organizes the equipment data as OPC standard data for other equipments,which also support the OPC standard;it successfully solves the problem that different manufacturers’ equipments can’t interact with each other at ease.The software is applied in the DCS,so as to realize the data exchange between the management configuration software and the control device,and to enhance the system’s compatibility and mutual operation.更多还原
