【摘要】 述评了超声波法提取多糖类化合物的研究现状与进展,阐明超声波法提取多糖类化合物的原理,通过列举实例介绍了几种超声波法提取多糖类化合物的提取技术,展望并讨论了这一研究领域的方向及前景。

【Abstract】 The current situation extracting polysaccharide compound was commented by ultrasonic method.The technology extracting polysaccharide compound principle was expounded.The study direction and prospect were looked forward.
