【摘要】 介绍了研制一种低成本缓释化肥的原材料、实验设备及缓释性能测定要求;简述了研制过程中的反应工艺、pH值、搅拌速度等试验检测情况。缓释性能试验的数据分析表明:在一定工艺条件下,用工业尿素和工业磷酸一铵加入一定量的交联剂,可合成具有一定缓释效果的符合检验缓释肥料指标的低成本缓释化肥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Author introduced to research and produce a kind of raw material used for slowly releasing chemical fertilizer with low cost and also introduced the measuring requirement for slowly releasing property;in the process of research and production the test and detection situations for reaction process,pH value,agitating speed etc.were briefly described,analyzing the slowly releasing property of test data indicates that under the definite process conditions,adding definite correlation agent to the industrial urea and the industrial mono-ammonium phosphate can produce at low cost,the chemical fertilizer having definite slowly-releasing effect and meeting the indexes for testing the slowly-releasing fertilizer.更多还原
