【摘要】 采用效率比较法测定γ谱仪的端面效率曲线时,刻度数据的取舍、函数拟合方式、效率比曲线拟合核素的选取等数据处理与分析方法,都影响着谱仪刻度的准确性。本文介绍了对一台HPGeγ谱仪效率刻度数据的处理与分析。

【Abstract】 The methods of selecting calibration data,curve fitting type,curve fitting nuclides affect the accuracy when fitting the efficiency curve at the surface.This paper introduces the analysis of efficiency calibration data of an HPGe γ detector.
