【Abstract】 Based on the related commercial intelligence theory knowledge,the commercial intelligence knowledge gain,knowledge discovery and knowledge application have been studied.The solution to the problem of the data gain redundant and uniform has been provided.One kind of data mining model based on the Shannon information theory is given.And according to the Baye algorithm,the algorithm model and an example are provided.In the part of the knowledge application,the paper has discussed the commercial intelligence application separately by the staff and the customer.更多还原
