基于DMD的红外双波段景象投影光学系统设计
Optical system design of DMD-based dual-band infrared scene projection
【摘要】 描述了基于数字微镜器件(DMD)的动态红外景象投影系统的基本原理,设计了一种准直投影光学系统.此光学系统采用透射式,工作在(3~5)μm和(8~12)μm双红外波段,焦距为480 mm,相对孔径为1∶3.2,半视场角为1.3°,入瞳距为240 mm.最后对设计结果进行了分析,给出系统的调制传递函数曲线,表明光学系统的像质满足使用要求.
【Abstract】 The structure and fundamental principle of DMD dynamic infrared scene projection system is described,and the projection optics system is designed.This projection system uses refraction model,it collimates the infrared light output from digital mirror device in 3~5 μm and 8~12 μm,and enables an image system to be tested out of 1.3°field of view.The effective focal length of this F/3.2 system is about 480 mm.The result of this design is analyzed,and the Modulation Transfer Function(MTF) for five-field position in 3~5 μm and 8~12 μm show the better performance of the optical system.
