【摘要】 文章从分析我国高校二级学院办学自主权、人事权、分配权等管理模式入手,研究如何赋予二级学院享有教学、科研、行政等权力,使其成为办学实体性机构,实现权责对等,从而提高大学的管理效率和办学效益。同时,重点分析了对二级学院进行有效监督和制约的对策,防止学校在管理中出现权力的失衡以及由此造成的不良后果。更多还原
