【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, one of the essential instructional methods is to build the multimedia instructional environment depending on network. On the foundation of campus network and internet, all kinds of multimedia instructional information can be organized by means of network database, and the browser-server software based on web for instructional administration can run in the server of campus network so as to upload, browse and download these informations, and consequently a multimedia instructional platform based on network is constructed.
