【Abstract】 Chinese minor enterprises commonly have financing problems,which have severely restricted their development.By referring to the experience of minor enterprises in countries with a mature market economy in such aspects as ways of financing and insurance of governmental policies and laws,the author puts forward a series of countermeasures against such problems,including constitution of laws and regulations,improvement in financial service,establishment of the credit system,and expansion of financing channels.更多还原
