用科学发展观探析党的执政能力建设问题

【摘要】 本文用科学发展观探析了党的执政能力建设问题。重点提出执政能力的概念、执政能力建设的科学内涵以及执政党同人民群众的关系问题。

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the issue on the construction of the ministerial power of the party from the viewpoint of scientific development.It focuses on the concept of ministerial power,the connotation of its construction issue and the relationship between the ministerial party and the people.
