【摘要】 事物的发展总要受到一定的条件约束,依据我国在世纪之初制定的科技发展战略和目前国内外技术密集型产业的发展状况,21世纪我国技术密集型产业自主创新的约束条件主要包括目标约束、时间约束、竞争环境约束和产业链约束四个方面。通过对我国技术密集型产业自主创新约束条件的分析,可以对推动我国技术密集型产业自主创新的目的、动态性发展战略、企业目标、产业链有序安排和实现附加值内部更大化的关键因素得出合理性的结论。更多还原
