【摘要】 研究了温度、光照、pH值对台湾青枣愈伤组织的影响。结果表明,温度在24～31℃范围,愈伤组织的生长量随温度的升高而增加。光照时间越长,愈伤组织生长量越有递增趋势,当光照时间达到24h时,愈伤组织增加最多。pH值在5.5～7.0范围内时,越接近6.0,越有利于愈伤组织的产生。故台湾青枣愈伤组织生长的适宜温度为31℃,光照为24h,pH值为6.0。更多还原
