【Abstract】 This paper reviews the advance of research in postharvest handling and technology of cut roses.The reason influencing the post-harvest loss of cut roses is summarized and the measures applied in cut rose circulation-harvesting,precooling,grading,bunching,packaging,storage and transportation-are also introduced.The post-harvest technology of cut rose should be an integrated management of physical measures and chemical methods.更多还原
